Nackiyé invests in exquisite fabrics and artisan handiwork that require delicate care. We typically recommend professional dry cleaning. If you decide to wash your Nackiyé pieces, please refrain from machine washing and harsh chemicals. Gentle hand washing with a mild detergent in cold water is recommended. Do not spin dry or wring your pieces and lay flat to dry slowly.
Nackiyé will dispatch your order from Istanbul prepared during business hours (Mon through Fri, 9am to 6pm) with DHL. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a shipping tracking code.
Nackiyé will kindly receive returns within 15 business days of the customer first receiving their package. Please email info@nackiye.com before making any returns/exchanges.
